MOLLER – Jose Antonio Arciniega (23), of Lynwood, California, who was crushed between two trailers and killed while working at a MAERSK facility.
The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles County, Los Angeles Superior Court on September 9th, 2022, alleges Maersk dba A.P. Moller, Maersk Damco Distribution Services, Inc., Damco USA, Inc., Lindsey Cook and Sergio Lee were unreasonably dangerous in the operation of the MAERSK warehousing and distribution facility and failed to implement safety policies and protocols to prevent such injuries and death to members of the public who are on site. The lawsuit further alleges that digital photographs of the deceased's body at the scene of the incident were captured by, and shared with, MAERSK employees, and others, without the knowledge or permission of the deceased's family.
