DL Capital Partners and Center Element Capital Lead Acquisition of Management Science & Innovation ("MSI")

PALO ALTO, Calif., Jan. 18, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- DL Capital Partners, a California based Private Equity firm, is pleased to announce that it has partnered with Center Element Capital, led by Daniel Heckman, to complete the acquisition of Management Science & Innovation, LLC ("MSI"). The investment was made in partnership with several other investors across the United States.

MSI, founded in 2002, is an expert solutions provider located in the Washington, D.C. metro region with nearly two decades of experience serving private corporations and federal government agencies. It has deep capabilities in strategy and process improvement that it augments with technology implementations utilizing best in class Robotic Process and Intelligent Automation methods.
