Kirsch CPA Group, named one of Inside Accounting's best public accounting firms in North America for seven consecutive years, is pleased to announce that Nick Roell has been made a partner of the firm, which celebrated its 30th anniversary this year.
Roell, 32, a senior manager who joined the firm in 2013, provides strategic accounting and financial advisory services to the firm's clients across Greater Cincinnati, Ohio, and Indiana.
A Strategic Thinker with Decades of Leadership Ahead
Founding partner John Kirsch described Roell as a "gifted and conscientious" accountant and business advisor whose ability to help clients identify both financial opportunities and blind spots has played a key role in the firm's success over the past decade.

Roell earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Northern Kentucky University and an MBA from Mount St. Joseph University.

Roell said he found his fit at Kirsch early in his career, in part because his previous experience as a staff accountant at a branding and packaging company allowed him to see all facets of a single business from the inside, while also inspiring his desire for the variety that comes with advising and consulting for an array of different businesses.
