Legal Title Services has joined forces with Action Title Research to modernize and automate title production processes to enrich the client experience and scale the business far more efficiently. Through this acquisition, Action Title Research widens its client base in New England, expanding its footprint and the opportunity to modernize title production processes benefiting many more clients and transactions.
Legal Title Services brings 37 years of providing comprehensive title searches, municipal searches, court searches, expert testimony, and a variety of other real estate-related services to its clients. Legal Title Services has extensive experience in residential, commercial, and foreclosure searches, serving title insurance companies and their sales representatives, attorneys and law firms, and title agencies and their underwriters. Legal Title Services, based in Connecticut, has strong lasting relationships throughout New England.
