OAKLAND, Calif., Oct. 5, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Sky's The Limit's mission "to build a global community where all entrepreneurs and their allies can build meaningful relationships and grow together" is truly taking root in Tulsa, Oklahoma as the organization continues to support entrepreneurs in this community through game-changing programming. The organization's ecosystem of partnerships and top-notch mentors creates space digitally and in-person for its members to learn and thrive.
The Dreamland Festival's Spark Summit engaged the organization last month through two sessions within the festival. The first was a breakout panel discussion, "From Mentoring to the Marketplace," on September 17th featuring the organization's rockstar Member Experience Manager, Chris Harvey and two rising entrepreneurs on the platform, Ray'Chel Wilson and Kasha Yolanda. The panelists spoke about the important role that mentorship plays in the entrepreneurial journey and shared how their own mentors have helped them level up and get their businesses into the marketplace. In addition to sharing experiences and tips to maximize your mentor/mentee relationship during the panel, Sky's The Limit also awarded two grants of $2,500 to two deserving Tulsa entrepreneurs:

In addition to the breakout panel, the summit also presented a Fireside Chat on September 17th featuring Membership Manager, Chris Harvey and hip-hop artist/entrepreneur LaRussell. The trailblazing duo shared their best insights and tips on becoming a founder and building community online and in-person through innovative approaches that encourage co-working, partnerships, and programming.
Spark Summit took place as part of the 3-day Dreamland Tulsa Festival and featured musical performances by rising stars like Grammy nominated hip-hop artist Rapsody, panel conversations, keynotes, art installations, VR/AR experiences, workshops, and more. The Spark Summit space within the festival was created to spark innovation and connect creative leaders in Tulsa and beyond to learn and build the future together.
Investing in entrepreneurs through giving them access to learning resources is a part of Sky's The Limit's approach to shaping the next wave of breakout entrepreneurs. The organization was proud to see this event take place in a city with a rich history of entrepreneurship like Tulsa and its ability to truly amplify the voices of young entrepreneurs.
