ZS2 Technologies, Canada's leading sustainable building materials developer and manufacturer, achieved an Environmental Products Declaration with a 70 per cent reduction in CO2 when compared to traditional tilt up concrete construction.
SCS Global Services,—a global leader in independent, third party environmental and sustainability verification—provided the full Lifecycle Analysis for ZS2 TechPanels, and they are now included in their Certified Green Products Guide.

TechPanels are a pre-manufactured structural insulated panel (SIP) building system that incorporates ZS2's proprietary TechBoard—a magnesium oxysulfate board that is low carbon and highly fire, water, bacteria and mold resistant. TechPanel building envelopes are built three times faster than traditional construction methods and consume half the energy on average than a typical building.
