Award candidates were evaluated across six different categories of employee satisfaction including: client engagement, firm culture, firm leadership, career development, work/life balance, along with compensation and benefits.
The Gunter Group was one of only 17 small firms selected nationwide based on survey submissions of over 12,000 consultants, representing approximately 300 firms nationally.
