ALPHARETTA, Ga. (PRWEB) November 07, 2022
Andy Flink of Flink ADR announced today that The Honorable Christopher S. Brasher will be joining the firm effective December 5, 2022.
Chief Judge Brasher, well known in the Atlanta legal community, has been in practice for more than 31 years, serving first as Assistant District Attorney and then as a Senior Assistant Attorney General before joining the Superior Court Bench in 2006. As a veteran trial and appellate lawyer, as well as a trial court judge, Brasher has conducted more than 200 jury trials in his career and has resolved over 20,000 cases as a judge. “It has been my honor to serve by doing all there is to do in this job,” said Brasher. "I am proud of the work I have done, and the lives impacted by my work on the bench. Having resolved so many cases during my years on the bench, it is now time for me to use those skills to move in a new direction: helping people resolve conflicts within the sphere of ADR. By joining forces with Andy Flink, I can bring my experience on the bench to the world of ADR where disputes can be resolved in a collaborative and efficient manner.”
Judge Brasher is excited to begin his new role at Flink ADR, where he will offer a myriad of alternative dispute resolution services. In addition to mediations and arbitrations, Brasher will also conduct case evaluations, private trials, and judicially hosted settlement conferences. He can also be engaged as a special master.
“Our expanding business model is unlike anything currently offered in the Atlanta area,” states Andy Flink. “Working directly with Judge Brasher while he was on the family bench in Fulton County spoke to me. Seeing him bring cases to a conclusion while being authoritative and empathetic at the same time showed me unmatched experience. To offer this knowledge and expertise is what our community demands. Cases can be resolved much more quickly, saving everyone time, stress and of course, substantial legal fees.”
Judge Brasher will also serve as Senior Judge continuing to serve from the bench from time to time. He can be booked online at http://www.andyflink.com and can be reached directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
