Consulting Winemaker Angelina Mondavi and Host Kachet Jackson-Henderson Share Tips for a Festive Friendsgiving in a Live Conversation on November 15

Flat Top Hills consulting winemaker Angelina Mondavi and host Kachet Jackson-Henderson will share tips for a festive Friendsgiving on IG Live, Tuesday, November 15 at 3 p.m. PST.

“We always have an abundance of food and great wine. Our newest Flat Top Hills releases, Pinot Noir and Buttery Chardonnay, are quintessential holiday offerings that I’ll be pouring from now through the New Year.” - Angelina Mondavi, consulting winemaker for Flat Top Hills

Flat Top Hills, known for deliciously quaffable wines, is celebrating the spirit of camaraderie by serving up tips on hosting a fun Friendsgiving gathering this year. Tomorrow on IG Live, the winery will bring consulting winemaker Angelina Mondavi together with lifestyle expert Kachet Jackson-Henderson to share creative ideas for table settings, recipes and great wine pairings.

“Bringing friends together for a big meal is a great way to honor the critical role our friends play in our lives – when sharing in our joy, lifting our spirits and supporting each other. I love any reason to celebrate, and cooking with my closest pals is one of my very favorite ways to spend an evening,” said Angelina Mondavi, consulting winemaker for Flat Top Hills and member of the fourth generation of the C. Mondavi family. “We always have an abundance of food and great wine. Our newest Flat Top Hills releases, Pinot Noir and Buttery Chardonnay, are quintessential holiday offerings that I’ll be pouring from now through the New Year.”

New to the line-up this year, the Flat Top Hills Buttery Chardonnay complements creamy scalloped potatoes, baked squash and even apple pie. It’s a bright, rich, fruit-forward wine with flavors of butterscotch, tropical key lime, ginger and jasmine, with a nose of toasted marshmallow. Earthy, vibrant and complex, the new Flat Top Hills Pinot Noir has plum and ripe berry flavors, and aromas of cherry, cedar and a hint of mint. It’s supremely food-friendly and pairs with nearly everything on the table. Angelina Mondavi will share more about each of the wines in the upcoming IG Live.

For the Friendsgiving conversation, Flat Top Hills is again teaming up with Kachet Jackson-Henderson, lifestyle expert and founder of The Kachet Life, a fashionable lifestyle brand for the modern woman. She’ll host the IG Live and share her expert advice on how to pull a Friendsgiving party together.

“I always make it a point to connect with my friends during the holidays – either in person, or via phone and video calls. But hosting a party that’s completely centered around a delicious meal is absolutely a highlight of the season,” said Kachet Jackson-Henderson. “The Flat Top Hills team and I are excited to share some ideas and celebrate friendship and connection this year.”

Tune in to the Friendsgiving with Flat Top Hills IG Live on Tuesday, November 15, at 3:00 p.m. PST on @flattopwines and @thekachetlife.
