Electric Symphony Media (ESM) is pleased to announce our volunteer program - ESM Cares, a volunteer program geared towards contributing and donating to local organizations in our neighborhood.
HOBOKEN, N.J., Nov. 18, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Electric Symphony Media (ESM) is pleased to announce our volunteer program - ESM Cares. ESM Cares is a company-wide volunteer program that will provide our agency team members with the opportunity to donate to and give back to local neighborhoods and organizations. Each agency department - Account Management/Marketing, Product, Client Services, and Reporting & Analytics, will be provided with a small budget to put towards an organization or foundation of their choice in the Hoboken/Hudson County area. Team members are encouraged to donate on their own if they choose to do so!
The cadence of this program will occur per department for each quarter of the year. ESM Cares will launch this upcoming month, December 2022, with our Product Team, who manages the activation of all campaigns for our clients and agency partners. Succeeding the Product Team will be Account Management/Marketing teams in Q1 2023, Client Services in Q2 2023, Reporting & Analytics in Q3 2023, rounding out the year with a company-wide donation and volunteer session in Q4.
Implementing this structure for the program will allow us to have a consistent community presence throughout the year, and will provide all teams with the opportunity to engage with the community in a way that best suits them. Each organization will be chosen by the department who is volunteering, and engagement will be based on the needs of the selected organization.
As an agency that serves and works closely with many non-profit organizations, charitable groups, foundations, and other companies that promote the greater good, creating this volunteer initiative seemed inherent to our agency.
