Just in time for Black Friday and holiday shopping, LightMoney has launched their new website, Lightmoney.com. The easy, free to use site, is designed to be a transparent source of corporate SRI information to help consumers with their values-based shopping decisions.

Lightmoney.com is the vision of entrepreneur and Chartered SRI Counselor (CRSIC), Dianna Burkholder, a 15-year financial industry professional, who is also a strong advocate for social justice and the environment. “With my financial background, and as a socially conscious consumer myself, I realized there wasn’t a reliable resource for people to easily research a company’s values,” says Burkholder. “Our new website offers them a way to see what causes corporations are just paying lip service to, instead of truly supporting them. As we head into holiday shopping, socially conscious shoppers can now be more informed, and direct their spending to align with their values.”

Lightmoney.com provides transparent ESG data on corporations making up the S&P 500, and focuses on six core causes: Empowering Women, Prison Profiteering, Dark Money, Climate Change, People Over Profits, and Racial Justice.
