Electric Symphony Media Undergoes New Agency Restructuring

ESM recently underwent an agency restructuring to provide connectivity and better streamlined operations across all internal departments.

ESM is pleased to share the our agency restructuring that was put into effect this past quarter. The goal of these company-wide changes to our internal departments is to provide a structure that aligns with the businesses overall goals and strategy. Additionally, as we continue to grow our staff and bring on new people, this new structure will better facilitate the needs of the agency.

The agency’s internal departments - Account Management, Client Services, Marketing, and Reporting and Analytics - are now led by two overarching groups to streamline interdepartmental communications and operations.

The Account Management and the Marketing teams now sit under the Strategy Group. The Account Management team leads all of our client and partner relationships and day to day communications, develop and manage campaign strategies and media plans, and works across departments to implement and launch these campaigns. The Marketing team works to increase our brand awareness and recognition through external marketing responsibilities, manages new business development, and conducts outreach to prospective new customers to overall increase agency revenue. The goal in uniting these two departments under the Strategy umbrella is to connect the dots between our work with existing clients and partners to our external marketing, outreach, and new business development strategies. The Strategy Group will be led by Ivaliese Chihimie, appointed as Group Strategy Director.

The Clients Services and Product teams now sit under the Operations Group. The Client Services department works on internal client operations, campaign trafficking, and campaign reporting to ensure seamless campaign launches and accurate campaign reports. The Product Team is responsible for managing the set up and activation of all campaigns for our clients and agency partners across all products. Merging these two internal departments under the Operations Group will support a more cohesive handoff of all client related, internal operations. The Operations Group will be led by Shannon Toth, appointed as Group Operations Director.
