Spray Foam Systems US Patent No. US20220379323 covers aspects of Spray Foam Systems' innovative high volume low pressure (“HVLP”) application system that provides needed improvements to the polyurethane spray (“SPF”) industry. The Nitrosys® HVLP system combines the A and B materials streams in a unique process that enables delivery of SPF at high volumes from unpressurized containers for insulation and injection molding applications.

Spray Foam Systems LLC., a leading manufacturer of fluid applicator equipment and mobile spray rigs, announced today the publication of its recently filed US Patent Application as Publication No. US20220379323 titled: “Systems, Components, and Methods for Low Pressure Delivery of Plural Component Systems such as Polyurethane Foams from Unpressurized Supply Sources.”

This patent application covers aspects of Spray Foam Systems' innovative high volume low pressure (“HVLP”) application system that provides needed improvements to the polyurethane spray (“SPF”) industry. The Nitrosys® HVLP system combines the A and B materials streams in a unique process that enables delivery of SPF at high volumes from unpressurized containers for insulation and injection molding applications. When combined with a proportioner configured for low pressure, the company’s spray gun design, and a disposable static mixing nozzle, users can experience processing improvements such as lower PPE requirements, shortened job site reentry times, reduced equipment maintenance, and less material waste.
