Dave Terry, a metro-Atlanta resident and serial entrepreneur, is pleased to announce the founding of Terry Commercial Realty, LLC (TCR). The company will target socially impactful real estate opportunities in the North Georgia area that align with the company’s mission, vision, and values - this includes strategic investments that help redevelop, uplift, revitalize and sustain local economies and downtown districts.

  • Terry Commercial Realty has recently completed the site selection and land purchase for a mixed-use neighborhood center in Jasper, Georgia off highway 515.
  • TCR´s vision includes mixed-use community centers, downtown district properties, short and long term rentals, public-private sector partnerships and supporting small-business growth and expansion.

The company plans to create an ecosystem that fuels job growth and helps commercial tenants navigate the various hurdles a retail or restaurant entrepreneur may be dealing with post-Covid. Other projects will include affordable housing and partnerships that create long-term value for communities.

“TCR is committed to real estate projects that enrich the North Georgia area. Our vision is to inspire future generations by creating a portfolio of assets that includes destinations and experiences that combine sustainability, profit and purpose. Recently, we completed the site selection and land purchase for a mixed-use retail center in Jasper, Georgia. Our goal is to not only support small and expanding businesses, but provide the community a common area to assemble and socialize,” said Founder and President, Dave Terry.

Drawing from his own experience as an entrepreneur who has organically grown and sold two companies, Terry will focus on a brand that is zealous about executing against the highest customer experience standards, will work hard at earning trust, and pays it forward. “We are tackling robust and complex problems that we are passionate about solving - business owners are the heartbeat of Georgia. Small town communities have continuous needs for better green space options, central gathering places, and vacated lots or historic buildings repurposed. This will take a highly collaborative effort and teamwork, but I’m confident we can move our vision forward together,” Terry said.
