Oasis Marinas Umbrella Grows in Connecticut with Spicer's Marina
Oasis Marinas, the largest third-party marina management company, has been awarded the management contract for Spicer's Marina, in Noank, CT.
ANNAPOLIS, Md., Dec. 7, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Oasis Marinas, a Maryland-based marina management and experience company, has officially begun operations at Spicer's Marina, in Noank, CT. This is the management team's sixth property in Connecticut, and second in the immediate area. Oasis Marinas started managing Noank Shipyard in October 2022.
Spicer's Marina is a large, service-oriented facility located just west of Mystic, CT. The marina features over 400 slips and 100 moorings. Tucked into West Cove, off the Long Island Sound and in the far eastern portion of Connecticut's coastline, Spicer's Marina is a popular stopping point for boaters cruising the sound, heading to popular destinations like Fishers Island or Long Island. The property includes amenities such as a marine store, service center, restaurant, fuel dock and fitness center on-site. In addition, the marina offers winter and long term storage. Spicer's service center is well-known for their hauling and launching capabilities, as well as, the mechanical department with a spectacular team of technicians.
