Korein Tillery, with law offices in St. Louis and Chicago, has opened a new San Diego office and adds partners Christopher Burke and Walter Noss, formerly of Scott+Scott. Along with associate Kate Lu, they will focus on complex litigation involving antitrust and financial matters.

Christopher Burke and Walter Noss, formerly partners of Scott+Scott, have joined Korein Tillery along with former Scott+Scott associate Kate Lu, launching the law firm’s San Diego, California office and adding their extensive experience in complex litigation in antitrust and financial cases to the firm’s industry-leading plaintiffs’ practice.

“Korein Tillery has worked extensively and successfully with Chris Burke, Walter Noss, and Kate Lu on multiple matters over the past decade, resulting in billions of dollars of recoveries in financial services and antitrust litigation on behalf of our clients,” said Korein Tillery founder and senior member Stephen Tillery. “Chris, Walter, and Kate are not only talented, experienced litigators whose expertise will benefit our firm’s work in complex litigation, but also close friends with many of the other attorneys in our firm. We are thrilled to welcome them to Korein Tillery.”

With the addition of Mr. Burke, Mr. Noss, and Ms. Lu, Korein Tillery has also opened a San Diego, California office, joining the firm’s existing headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri, and its Chicago, Illinois office. The new San Diego office is located at 707 Broadway, Suite 1410, San Diego, California, 92101, and can be reached via telephone at (618) 625-5620 or toll-free at (800) 678-9259.

"Korein Tillery has always prided itself on its nationwide litigation practice, and has successfully brought cases across the United States, including many in California and New York. The opportunity to open an office in California, following our recent successful litigation on behalf of minor league baseball players and current pursuit of various antitrust and copyright infringement claims against Big Tech companies, reinforces Korein Tillery’s ongoing work,” said Mr. Tillery.
