AUSTIN, Texas, Dec. 19, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Clint Rogers joins the vcfo team as a Senior Consultant or the Austin market. Clint is a finance professional with more than 20 years of experience overseeing financial teams and guiding them through strategic planning, analysis, and forecasting in order to increase revenue and profitability.
Clint has substantial experience helping teams reorganize businesses and processes, preparing and reviewing financial documentation, and overseeing daily, monthly, and year-end accounting and tax preparation. He also has experience with HR requirements and compliance controls.

"His extensive experience working with companies of various sizes enables him to easily identify areas for operational improvement leading to better financial controls and performance, which is where many of our clients need help strategically.
Before joining vcfo, Clint started out as an assistant controller for Capstar Broadcasting, where he participated in what was then the largest IPO in history. Over time, he advanced to work as vice president of finance for JNC Construction and later as CFO for AJCC Holdings. He also has 5+ years as an independent financial consultant, helping multiple clients develop and implement accounting and organizational processes.
He has extensive experience in the restaurant and food services industries, including companies such as Triad Food Services and Austin Java / AJCC Holdings. For the latter, he operated five restaurants, a coffee-roasting facility, and a beer brewery.
Of joining vcfo, Clint says, "Prior to joining vcfo, I was working as a consultant with clients throughout the country. I was wanting to work with local companies and have the ability to be involved in the day-to-day operations of the companies. I was approached by vcfo and that is exactly what they offered. I have been able work with companies that need help growing as well as companies that need an overhaul of processes. I now have ability to work in the office with these organizations, and working face-to-face instead of on a conference call really makes a difference.
