Valve Sales Inc. (VSI), and Baker Hughes have reached an agreement allowing VSI to sell, service, and repair the complete line of Masoneilan products. Masoneilan’s best-in-class product line includes control valves, smart positioners, instrumentation, and related software.
The newly modified distribution agreement covers all sales and installations of Masoneilan’s complete line of products in all or parts of four states. These include the state of Oklahoma, large portions of Kansas, Texas, and New Mexico, and a portion of the state of Colorado.
Announcing the new agreement, VSI President, Chris Chernisky said, “VSI is excited to bring our valued customers another product portfolio from Baker Hughes. The Masoneilan line will strengthen our capabilities and allow us to provide a variety of solutions from the iconic Camflex and a complete offering of engineered products to Valve Lifecycle Management (VLM) tools and industry-leading digital products. Additionally, we will be a Masoneilan Authorized Repair Center (MARC) supporting our local customer base with OEM Certified Repairs, OEM Parts and configured valve assemblies utilizing Masoneilan’s ValvFast Program.” VSI’s service, repair, and installation technicians have already undergone factory-sponsored training on the Masoneilan product line. The Masoneilan product line will carry VSI’s full one-year parts and service warranty backed by the factory.
New or previously installed Masoneilan products will qualify for VSI’s onsite, in-place valve testing services. “VSI’s MOBILELab™ can be dispatched to save customers time and money whenever repair or refurbishment is needed in the field,” Chernisky said.
VSI offers a wide array of solutions and services in industries as diverse as oil, ethanol and natural gas processing, municipalities, pulp & paper, and food and beverage manufacturing.
