HILLSBORO, Ore., Dec. 19, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Q5id Guardian announces that Protective Force International (PFI) will be the first local Las Vegas organization to join their Safe City Initiative. Soon PFI security officers will receive missing person alerts from the Q5id Guardian app directly to their mobile devices.
Annually, in the United States, over 500,000 people are reported missing and 330,000 are children ages 0-17. What matters most is acting quickly to help locate them before it's too late. Protective Force International, a full-service security company headquartered in Las Vegas, is dedicated to making the Las Vegas community a safer place for everyone. Soon PFI will utilize Q5id Guardian, the new app revolutionizing how missing loved ones can be found, to help expand their search for missing people and expedite the time it might take to return a missing person home safely.
"The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department reports that on average 5-7 adults are reported missing daily in Las Vegas.," says Q5id CEO Steve Larson. "Protective Force International is the first of many companies who are eager to join Q5id Guardian's Safe City Initiative in Las Vegas. The Safe City Initiative is the next step to building an even larger, stronger dedicated coalition of individuals and organizations committed to supporting one another in times of crisis. In our collective mission, we hope to drastically reduce the time a loved one is missing and help return them home safely."
PFI has invested in cutting-edge technology to ensure their officers are prepared for any scenario. Their efforts to include technology in their safety measures illustrate their understanding that technology can help save valuable time when searching for a missing loved one. Technologies, such as Q5id Guardian, will help the company remain on the leading edge in their industry.
"With access to the latest missing person localized alerts from Q5id Guardian, PFI's security officers will have real-time information that could lead to the faster discovery of missing loved ones," says Chief Jonathan Alvarez, CEO and co-founder of PFI. "PFI is dedicated to the safety of our community and are very excited we can utilize the Q5id Guardian app to make a significant difference in the Las Vegas community.
PFI security officers are set to begin receiving Q5id Guardian alerts by the end of 2022. Q5id Guardian plans to rapidly expand the Safe City Initiative in Las Vegas and beyond by implementing the same process with other organizations and companies in the near future.
