Monterey Bay, California resident and former Executive of Talent Management at Kaiser Permanente, brings more than 25 years of leadership experience to executive coaching firm

Building Champions, Inc. announces Annette Pellinat, former Executive Director of Talent Management & Organizational Development at Kaiser Permanente, joins executive coaching firm as coach.

Pellinat first began partnering with Building Champions while leading the executive development efforts at Western Digital. As a client, she benefited from coaching as she transitioned to an executive role with Kaiser Permanente. Her passion for coaching was ignited through her experience with Building Champions as she recognized how integral coaching is in the leadership development process.

Her belief in the transformative power of coaching inspired Pellinat to transition from her corporate career and dedicate herself to coaching full-time, helping others chart their paths toward their most fulfilling lives—just as she has done. Pellinat was thrilled when the opportunity became available to join the Building Champions team as an executive coach.

Pellinat has over 25 years of executive leadership experience in the aerospace & defense, technology, and healthcare sectors. She has expertise in executive development, succession management, team effectiveness, change leadership, and organization development.
