New program will fuel scholarships for bootcamps in Software Engineering and User Experience (UX) Design.
MIAMI, Dec. 20, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- BrainStation, the global leader in tech skills training, will expand its Impact Program to Miami. Impact Miami is part of Tech Equity Miami, a funding consortium focused on removing barriers to entry into tech for underrepresented groups, made possible in part by a commitment from JPMorgan Chase. Impact Miami will provide full scholarships for BrainStation's Software Engineering and User Experience (UX) Design bootcamps, including career and placement support into high-paying tech careers.

"Building a career in the tech industry career has historically been less accessible for Black, Hispanic and Latino job seekers, but we are working to change that. We are excited that BrainStation will be taking the first step in this important initiative."
Individuals are encouraged to apply for BrainStation's upcoming Impact Miami cohort, which begins in late February 2023, and runs for a period of 12 weeks.

Demand for digital skills remains greater than the supply of qualified employees, and that skills gap is growing.
