The move is retroactive to January 1, 2022, and caps off a stellar year for Reno, who took over as President on January 1, 2021. The Company's current CEO, Doug Novak, began transitioning to his role as Chairman of the Board in 2021, closing out a well-planned and successful leadership transition.

Reno joined Strategic in 2011 as a Solutions Architect and has risen through the Company's ranks ever since, formerly serving on the executive team as the Senior Vice President of Solutions Architecture and as the Company's President. Before joining Strategic, Reno served as a Senior Solutions Engineer and Consultant at RCM Technologies, CFO at Tsunami Sourcing, and a Business Unit Manager at RBX Industries. This broad corporate foundation, coupled with her consistent outperformance at Strategic, made her ascension to CEO a well-earned promotion that will position the Company for its next stage of growth.
