SAN JOSE, Calif., April 25, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Customer Experience & Telco Sales Association (CETS), an international organization dedicated to bringing together professionals from the service provider and vendor communities within the Telecom industry, recently elected its Board of Directors for 2022-2023 at the CETS 2022 Annual Meeting held in San Jose, CA on April 5, 2022.
The CETS Board of Directors for 2022-2023 includes:
- Shelly Fowlie, Skill Dimensions
- Nicole Joraanstad, TDS
- Robert Josey, Bell Canada
- Justin Nucci, Tbaytel
- Tiffany Shurr, Calix
- William Spear, MTA
- Mark Thomas, SaskTel
- Executive Director: Ellis D. Hill, ResearchFirst, Inc.
"CETS provides a valuable opportunity to share best practices that relate directly to the needs, challenges, and opportunities that we all encounter on a daily basis. I am looking forward to working with the board to contribute to our members and learn from such a terrific team of sales leaders," said Shelly Fowlie, President of Skill Dimensions.
"TDS greatly values our partnership with CETS. CETS provides value to our organization in many ways. It provides networking opportunities with peer companies and vendors, a place to share best practices and discussions around new challenges or changes in our industry. Our world is very dynamic and keeping pace with change is important. CETS has been a sounding board and a place to learn from one another to take things to the next level," added Nicole Joraanstad, Senior Manager of Contact Center & Sales for TDS.
"CETS is more than an organization of telco professionals. It is a collective think tank of connoisseurs of the industry who gather in a safe space to share ideas and best practices. Together we analyze what is working and what is not to aid in our collective success in our home territories," said William Spear, Sales Manager at MTA.
"CETS provides the forum to share best practices and learn from industry leading peers. It allows you to build a network of contacts, many experiencing the same challenges you are trying to overcome. Having been a CETS member since 2015, the value our origination has garnered far exceeds the cost of membership," added Justin Nucci, Director of Sales at Tbaytel.
"Collaborating with industry peers to get perspective on how they are dealing with similar situations is important to be able to quickly adapt to an ever-changing marketplace. CETS provides that platform and I feel fortunate to participate," said Robert Josey, Senior Manager of Sales Operations at Bell Canada.
"I've learned the importance of connecting with people across the industry you support and work with. The broader your network, the more perspective you gain and the more opportunities you have to learn. CETS is an organization made up of unique backgrounds and a breadth of experience, at my first event I had many opportunities to evolve my perspective, ask questions, and, importantly, have some fun! I am eager to continue in partnership growing and learning from such a fine group of people," added Tiffany Shurr, RVP of Cloud Solutions at Calix.
CETS member companies: altafiber previously Cincinnati Bell, Bell Canada, Calix, CloudKettle, DIRECTV, MTA, SaskTel, Smithville, Tbaytel, TDS, and Skill Dimensions.
