The 28,700-square-foot CHI Health Clinic Elkhorn, which will offer primary care, physical therapy, and behavioral health services, will be developer NexCore's eighth healthcare project with CHI Health
OMAHA, Neb. and DENVER, Colo., April 27, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Officials of NexCore Group and Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) recently gathered in Elkhorn to celebrate the groundbreaking for the future CHI Health Clinic Elkhorn.
CHI will be the sole tenant in the one-story, 28,700-square-foot clinic to be located at 1625 North 205th Street. It will offer primary care, physical therapy, behavioral health services and specialty care, as well as imaging services, a laboratory, and a retail pharmacy. In addition, it will provide space for visiting specialists, and the 3.62-acre site will provide parking for 177 vehicles.
Englewood, Colo.-based CHI is part of the Chicago-based health system CommonSpirit, which has hospitals and care centers in 21 states, and was formed in 2019 through an alignment of CHI and Dignity Health.
