Companies from across the region entered the two-part process to determine the Best Places to Work in Southwest Florida. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. Only 16 companies made the final rankings, which will be announced and showcased by the Best Companies Group's local partner, Gulfshore Business, in its June edition.
