Live and virtual experience provider makes new hire
MONTCLAIR, N.J., May 25, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Today, Strat House, LLC, an agency dedicated to strategic development of live and virtual experiences, announced the appointment of Esmeralda (Emmy) Matos as Event Producer. In this role, Esmeralda will lead the planning of offsites, conferences, incentive trips and other tentpole business events for the group's variety of tech clients.

Matos is an events and marketing professional with extensive experience in building brands & partnerships through the creation of high-profile strategic events that drive engagement and revenue for entertainment and media industry organizations. She previously spent 20 years at Viacom, where she created standalone VIP experiences as well as tentpole activations,. She was instrumental in the evolution of signature events for distribution partners including AT&T, Amazon, Altice, Comcast, Cox Communications, Charter Communications, Dish Networks, DIRECTV, and HULU.
Most recently, Matos worked in the healthcare space at the only value-based PBM, EmpiRx Health, where she conceptualized and lead the execution of their inaugural event, Value Xchange. A native New Yorker and avid traveler, Matos graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Marymount Manhattan College.
