Carly Rian Group (CRG) is proud to announce we have been certified as a Great Place to Work® for the second year in a row after an independent analysis conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute® Canada. This certification is based on direct feedback from employees, provided as part of an extensive anonymous survey about their workplace experience and a thorough review of our company culture.
CRG is committed to a pragmatic approach to support our team members through a hybrid work model. We focus on optimizing our virtual/remote operating model to meet staff needs by regularly engaging team members through one-on-one coaching sessions and company-wide surveys.
