This certification is based on direct feedback from employees, provided as part of an extensive anonymous survey about their workplace experience and a thorough review of our company culture.
CRG is committed to a pragmatic approach to support our team members through a hybrid work model. We focus on optimizing our virtual/remote operating model to meet staff needs by regularly engaging team members through one-on-one coaching sessions and company-wide surveys.
