Capstone Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Rachel Friend to the position of Employee Benefits Advisor, effective July 5, 2022.
SPRING HOUSE, Pa., July 7, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Rachel Friend joined Capstone Group in August of 2021 and has been an integral member of Capstone's client services team, serving as an Account Analyst for the Employee Benefits division. In this role, Rachel was responsible for assisting clients and their employees with their day-to-day benefit needs.

In her new role as an Employee Benefits Advisor, Rachel will be responsible for business development and the identification of organizations that would benefit from the products and services offered by Capstone's Employee Benefits division. In addition to making connections within her personal network, Rachel will also represent Capstone within the many organizations and associations the firm currently supports, including the Philadelphia and Main Line Chambers of Commerce, the Delaware Valley Family Business Center, and Women in Bio.
