CARROLLTON, Ga., July 11, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- GreenCourt Legal Technologies, LLC announces the hiring of Scott Lekan as Director of Business Development. Lekan is a former senior government leader bringing over 30 years of public sector experience to the GreenCourt team.

In 2017, Lekan was appointed as the Commissioner of the Office of Child Support Enforcement at the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. In late 2019, he was appointed to serve as the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary at ACF in addition to his role as OCSE Commissioner.
Prior to his ACF service, Lekan served the citizens of Arizona in a variety of capacities at the Arizona Department of Economic Security (AZDES), including roles as the Assistant Director for both the Division of Aging and Adult Services and the Division of Child Support Services. Lekan's career began in law enforcement, serving for 21 years in the capacity of patrol officer, detective, sergeant, lieutenant, and commander in specialized areas including emergency management, negotiations, special weapons and tactics, policy, training, and human resources management.
