This acquisition will significantly deepen the network support and engineering for CloudCover's Channel Clients and the enterprise customers they serve.

This acquisition will significantly deepen the network support and engineering for CloudCover's channel clients and the enterprise customers they serve. Palotac adds access to over 1,200 new engineers, 130 countries for hardware replacement, and expert TAC support, globally.
CloudCover's business has been steadily growing from a channel service delivery partner to larger partner enablement offerings. These offerings include a global hybrid maintenance service delivery backed by CloudCover's own intelligent maintenance management platform.
