Jose has more than 30 years of experience in financial management roles in manufacturing and international energy ventures. He is particularly skilled in oil and gas accounting, financial reporting, structuring finance and accounting functions and processes, divestitures, acquisitions, managing cash flows and working capital, and debt/ equity reorganizations.

- Preparing and reviewing quarterly and annual board information packages and related audit committee presentations
- Working alongside C-suite executives to strategically address complex financial issues
