Tina Lifford launches SELF365 to help people develop Self-mastery, a greater sense of wellbeing, and experience the benefits of a supportive community.

In October 2022, Lifford will launch the SELF365 program, which encourages participants to quickly shift to an empowering growth-producing perspective and sense of what is possible for their life during emotional overwhelm and triggers. SELF365 is a 14-week online group experience guided by Lifford. Groups are comprised of five to seven participants. The program meets each participant where they are in a tailor-made way.
