After 12 years at the helm of Crossroads Insurance Recovery Advocates, LLC, President Ed Shinn has announced his retirement.

While working through countless storms and other natural disasters, Shinn helped hundreds of customers manage the many unexpected issues that face property owners while navigating an insurance claim in a constantly changing insurance market and regulatory environment.
His dedication to ensuring Crossroads customers receive everything they are entitled to under the law has launched Crossroads to the forefront of the Texas Public Adjusting and garnered raving reviews from his customers.
Ed has helped Crossroads attain many highly coveted awards. Under his leadership, Crossroads has won the Better Business Bureau, Houston BBB award for excellence consecutively for the past 5 years, and his guidance has helped drive Crossroads to a position of industry leadership. Ed is excited to turn his passion for helping others inward as he enjoys more quality time with his grandchildren and working on his classic American muscle cars. His position is being filled by his partner and Crossroads former Vice President Dale Terry. The team is deeply thankful to Ed for his contributions and wishes him the best in retirement.
