(VERSA), a world-class manufacturer of valve automation and fluid power, modernize its eCommerce environment by deploying a cloud-based and integrated PIM and DAM solution.
In four and half months, StrikeTru delivered and managed the digital transformation of VERSA's existing ERP technology-based data and eCommerce environments to a cloud PIM and DAM-based integrated eCommerce solution to improve Versa's eCommerce channel sales and customer experiences and to modernize the product data landscape.
StrikeTru implemented a turnkey PIM solution that integrates tightly with Epicor Commerce Connect (ECC), MediaValet DAM, and Magento eCommerce (Adobe Commerce). VERSA can now power its eCommerce with high-quality images, customer-friendly, contextualized product content, alternate language, and localization support that will help grow sales and enable them to collaborate better with their distributors and customers.
This product information and digital asset management project is part of Versa's goals to be more efficient, agile, and responsive and to expand its business globally in a rapidly shifting digital landscape to tap into additional revenue opportunities.
StrikeTru led the project to implement:
- StrikeTru's small PIM solution based on Akeneo PIM open-source platform
- Product introduction in Epicor Kinetic ERP and automated product transfer to StrikeTru's smallPIM
- Product Data Enrichment (including Localization), management, and approval in StrikeTru's smallPIM
- Digital asset management in MediaValet DAM and automated asset transfer to PIM
- Automatic customer-ready product content from PIM to ECC
- Product feeds for VERSA's distributors
