Chun has spent more than 21 years in public service positions in Aliso Viejo

Ross will oversee community and associate managers in Orange County.
For more than two decades, Ross has held various public service positions in Aliso Viejo, including serving two terms as mayor and ten years on City Council after serving on the city's first Planning Commission. Prior to his elected roles, Ross served on various committees with the Aliso Viejo Community Association (AVCA) as well as six years on the master association's Board of Directors which included 2 terms as the Board President. During this tenure with AVCA, Ross gained extensive experience working with community associations and management companies in Aliso Viejo and developed many important relationships that will serve him well in his new role with Seabreeze. It was during this period in Ross's career that he first met Isaiah Henry, CEO at Seabreeze.
