Union Bay Acquisition LLC, an aggregator of insurance agencies agent based in Princeton, New Jersey, has acquired Farrell Insurance Associates Inc. of Lansdale, Pennsylvania.
PRINCETON, N.J., Sept. 21, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Union Bay Acquisition LLC, an aggregator of insurance agencies agent based in Princeton, New Jersey, has acquired Farrell Insurance Associates Inc. of Lansdale, Pennsylvania. Terms were not disclosed.
