In this new role, Heather, who has led the People Team since 2021, will continue to drive the company's core people strategy and operations as a member of the C-Suite. As Chief People Officer, Heather will provide strategic direction for human resources, learning and development, talent acquisition, internal communications, and employee engagement.
Heather joined Medicus in 2012 as a Contracts Manager. Her legal background and role with our clients and providers served her well in providing a foundation for her operational knowledge within the staffing space. In 2016, Heather was promoted to Director of Human Resources and Risk Management which further leveraged Heather's experience and skillset. In her current role as Vice President of People, Risk, and Strategy, Heather has played a critical role in progressing Medicus' "People First, Always" approach, ensuring that Medicus is a top employer in the State of New Hampshire and is a workplace where our employees can thrive.
