HealthMark Group Announces Head of Interoperability and Innovation, Henry Archibong
New Role Will Drive a Digital, Self-Service and Patient-Mediated Exchange of Health Information
DALLAS, May 9, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- HealthMark Group, a leader in digital health information management, today announced the addition of Henry Archibong as head of interoperability and innovation.
Archibong will spearhead HealthMark's strategy to drive a digital, self-service and patient-mediated exchange of health information across the ambulatory and health system market. As part of this new role, Archibong will establish an innovation lab that will develop the next generation of HealthMark solutions, focused on advancing interoperability and digital connection.

Archibong will be actively engaged across the healthcare industry. He will participate in relevant healthcare interoperability initiatives with governmental agencies and cross-sector healthcare markets, including an active engagement with HHS Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (ONC), The Sequoia Project, Health Information Exchanges and Health Information Networks.

Archibong brings to HealthMark a depth of knowledge and leadership in healthcare innovation, interoperability and technology. Archibong has also served as a board member for the Maryland Chapter of HIMSS, the vice president of information services and technology at the University of Maryland Medical System, and the associate chief information officer for Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis, MD.
