First, we congratulate Nick Harter on his promotion to Senior Vice President of Sales. Nick has been with LCP Media since 2016 and has been pivotal in expanding our sales efforts and partnerships. David Bieszczad has also been promoted to Vice President of Sales and Development. He will continue to lead our sales team as we grow and expand our offerings in the multifamily industry. Additionally, Nick Sheetz has been promoted to Director of Business Process Analytics, where he will use his skills and experience to streamline our internal systems and process.
In addition to these promotions, we are excited to welcome Ansel Burch as our new Client Success Manager and Diana Vera as our new Business Process Specialist. Ansel brings many years of experience in customer service and project management and will be valuable in ensuring our client's satisfaction and success. Diana has a strong background in process improvement and data analysis and will be instrumental in optimizing our internal operations and systems.
