She is a results-oriented leader with extensive experience in delivering high-level outcomes for strategic corporate initiatives. Fraker's previous positions include Chief of Staff at Tola Capital, Program Manager and Professional Coach at The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and Chief of Staff to the VP of Enterprise Commerce IT, Microsoft, among others.
