The property, located at 3056 Eaton Avenue in Indian Trail, NC, offers expansive office space, a dedicated ESD-safe area, and a large warehouse with multiple loading docks.
VRG owners and co-founders, Verena Martin and Ruben Gutierrez, had been actively searching for the right property to support the company’s growth and found it in late 2022. Renovations to accommodate ESD-safe component inspection and handling, temperature and humidity-controlled component storage, as well as quality, logistics, purchasing, accounting, human resources, sales, marketing, and management offices took several months to complete.

The larger office areas provide much needed space for the company’s teams to accommodate its growth. The new ESD-safe component inspection, handling, and shipping areas as well as the expansive warehousing areas allow VRG to offer additional new services to its global customers. The building and property are equipped with the latest technology including EV charging stations for employees, suppliers, customers, and other visitors.
