Houzeo Reveals Home Inspection Scheduling for Buyer Agents
NEW YORK (PRWEB) July 28, 2023 -- Houzeo.com, #1 amongst America’s for sale by owner websites, has just released the Home Inspection Scheduling feature. The feature has 3 components to it.
First, home inspectors sign up and provide their pricing packages and add-ons.
Second, when a property goes under contract, the buyer and their agent are notified of home inspectors who cover the property. The buyer or their agent can then select the inspector they wish to hire. The buyer then can pay for the home inspection.
Third, the home inspector is notified that they have been hired to conduct the inspection. Additionally, they are notified of exactly the kind of home inspection needed by the buyer. The inspector then can schedule the inspection via Houzeo Showings.
Upon conclusion of the inspection, the home inspector can also upload the inspection report on the platform and it will automatically be shared with the buyer and their agent.
Houzeo consulted licensed home inspectors in several states while working on the design and development of the Home Inspection platform. 455 home inspectors have already registered on Houzeo.com and 319 of them have provided their pricing packages.
The feature is currently in beta testing. Houzeo expects to roll it out officially on September 30, 2023, with 500+ home inspectors signed up. Consumers and agents will then be able to search “home inspectors near me” to find general and specialty home inspectors who serve that area.

Houzeo’s Home Inspection feature automatically adjust pricing based on the size of the home. Home buyers and buyer agents can also select add-ons like re-inspection, termite inspection, air quality testing, and sewer inspection, among others, if their selected inspector offers them.
