Our Shield Program is designed to make it easy for our partners to sell by offering enablement and support to help them both protect their clients and reach their revenue goals.
CLEVELAND (PRWEB) January 17, 2023
Binary Defense, a leading Managed Detection and Response (“MDR”) and enterprise defense provider, is excited to announce the launch of our enhanced Shield Partner Program for all channel partners. The company uses a “Shield” as its logo and felt representing the enhanced program with this naming honored the responsibility each partner has to protect and defend their clients from cyberattacks. This new program is designed to help increase growth and engagement across the partner ecosystem by offering the tools and training needed to provide best-in-class cybersecurity solutions to their clients. The Shield Partner Program provides value-added resellers, system integrators, and managed security services providers (MSSPs) with pricing incentives, marketing resources, sales support, and post-sales support to increase their revenue and margins.
“There isn’t a single vendor that can provide all the technology needed to keep clients secure in the ever-evolving threat landscape. We believe that the right partner is the best defense and want to help our partners by offering an MDR solution they can provide to their clients to help alleviate some of the cyber risks they face,” says Sharon Baechtle, Vice President of Channel Sales at Binary Defense. “Our Shield Program is designed to make it easy for our partners to sell by offering enablement and support to help them both protect their clients and reach their revenue goals.”
In Q3 of 2022, Binary Defense welcomed a new executive team and Vice President of Channel Sales. This new team came to Binary Defense with over 50 years of combined experience in the industry. Following this change, in Q4 the company received its first institutional growth equity funding led by Invictus Growth Partners (“Invictus”). This investment is being used to broaden the partner ecosystem, expand machine learning capabilities, create a world-class Managed Detection and Response delivered through an Open XDR strategy, and accelerate sales and marketing.
The Shield Partner Program focuses on the enablement available for partners, including training and supporting documents to assist partners through the entire lifecycle of client sales. Demand generation is another key focus that is provided through a variety of sales plays that accelerate customer engagements, increase deal registration incentives, and help build the sales pipeline. This partner support is available in addition to premium 24/7 post-sales support and resources, enabling trusted advisor relationships for Binary Defense customers.
Also included in the Shield Partner Program are upgrades to the Binary Defense Partner Portal. Within the portal, partners can easily register deals, find enhanced training modules, and access resources to enable growth and build trusted relationships with clients.
“The partnership with Binary defense has been invaluable. It really provides an extension of our team during an incident and provides 24/7 coverage, which is a huge comfort for our clients. And they have highly trained analysts that we can communicate with as peers and get quality information,” says valued partner Jason Pufahl, Vice President of Security Services at Vancord Cybersecurity.
