BOSTON, Jan. 18, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Keystone Partners, a leading Leadership Development and Career Management consulting firm, announced that Tim Baldwin has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer. Additional promotions include Lisa Saia, former SVP, Finance, to Executive Vice President, Operations, and evolving roles for Mary Fay Kattman and Elaine Varelas. Mary Fay, the firm's former CEO, will transition to Executive Partner, where she will continue to work on strategic growth initiatives, including acquisition-related activities. As Executive Partner, Elaine Varelas will continue to be involved in market-facing activity, and as a thought leader in Career Management and Leadership Development.
As Keystone continues servicing national and global customers, the team has added three new leaders: Theresa Carik, Ph.D., Executive Vice President, Leadership Development, Tim Driscoll, Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing, and Marshia Loucks, Vice President, Finance and Accounting.
Tim Baldwin Appointed as CEO of Keystone Partners
Tim joined Keystone in 2020 as COO before his recent promotion to CEO. During his tenure at Keystone, he spearheaded Keystone's technology initiatives including the development and launch of their proprietary Arch Career Gateway, which enabled the firm to extend the national delivery of its career transition services. Tim was also responsible for overseeing Keystone's delivery teams, which have consistently achieved customer NPS of +85 across all lines of service.
In his new role as CEO, Tim will lead the firm's growth strategy as the organization continues to expand both nationally and globally.

Lisa Saia Promoted to EVP, Operations of Keystone Partners
Lisa Saia, who has served as SVP of Finance and Administration, has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Operations. Lisa joins the Executive Committee and will be responsible for leading the continued successful operations of the Career Management, Customer Success, Administration, and Technology Platform teams.
Keystone Partners Expands Leadership Team with the Addition of Three New Members
Theresa Carik, Ph.D., joins Keystone Partners as the organization's Executive Vice President, Leadership Development. Dr. Carik will be responsible for all aspects of Keystone's Leadership Development consulting including executing a national growth strategy for the LD practice. She will also develop intellectual property and continue her role as a thought leader in the Leadership Development space. Dr. Carik brings more than 25 years of experience as a consultant, corporate leader, and business partner helping organizations, their leaders, and employees improve their effectiveness through holistic and integrated approaches, linking behavior change to business impact.
Tim Driscoll joins Keystone Partners as Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing, where he will lead the sales and marketing strategy and performance. Tim has more than 25 years of experience leading global sales, marketing, client success, and revenue operations teams. Tim has more than a decade of experience working with CHROs and Fortune 100, global enterprise, mid-market, and startup SaaS companies.
Marshia Loucks, CPA, CFA, joins Keystone Partners as Vice President, Finance and Accounting. In this role, Marshia will oversee all of the finance, accounting, and reporting activities of Keystone Partners LLC. Marshia brings more than 20 years of experience in finance including roles with a big-4 accounting firm, and has extensive expertise in strategic and operational leadership.
