Vergnolle founded local consulting company specializing in legal immigration solutions

BDV Solutions, a tech-enabled, turnkey provider of labor shortage solutions to U.S. employers and employment-based immigration services to foreign nationals, today announced that its CEO and co-founder Britt Vergnolle has been named as one of the 50 Most Influential people in Greenville by Greenville Business Magazine. Each year Greenville Business Magazine honors the region’s most influential people.

Vergnolle leads the BDV Solutions team in providing its legal immigration solutions, working to resolve labor shortages in industries across the United States while helping foreign nationals obtain their permanent legal residence Green Card.

“We started BDV at our kitchen table more than 10 years ago, and to see it grow into what it’s become today is infinitely rewarding,” noted Vergnolle. “I’m honored to be recognized by Greenville Business for work that is so gratifying every day.”

Vergnolle also owns Camp Glen Arden for Girls, which is focused on developing well-rounded, wholesome individuals who, removed from the distractions of technology and social media, encourage one another in learning new life skills and developing meaningful friendships. She has also served as a volunteer at Greenville’s Christ Church Episcopal School (CCES), as the head of the school’s Arts Guild, and was on the board of Greenville’s Warehouse Theater.

Along with co-founding BDV Solutions, Vergnolle and BDV, with the help of private equity investment, recently acquired Greenville-based Argo Visa, the world’s first company connecting visa applicants with former U.S. visa officers who prepare them for a successful visa interview. Working with 40 business partners, Argo has helped almost 2,000 foreign nationals from over 100 countries prepare for their visa interviews this year alone.

The largest independent company in the U.S. specializing in closing the country’s chronic and growing unskilled labor gap, BDV Solutions sources employment for foreign nationals, helping to place them in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, restaurant franchise groups, cleaning and maintenance companies, warehousing, distribution centers and food preparation.

The company recently launched its “BDV Believes” scholarship program, conceived by Vergnolle, which will award five foreign nationals $2,000 each to further their education goals.
