In his most recent role, Venkat was instrumental in building the customer success function at a rapidly scaling big data software and analytics business. He previously held leadership positions at two global banks, a national credit bureau, and a leading consultancy. Building on this experience, Venkat is already working to improve NinjaEdge’s engagement with customers from onboarding through ongoing risk decisions and portfolio management.
