“The NAO award aligns with TDI’s industry leading focus on Cybersecurity Performance Management becoming an integral component of any organization’s cybersecurity strategy,” said Paul Innella, CEO.

Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI), the Leader in Cybersecurity Performance Management (CPM) and CPM Automation, announced it has won a $13M pivotal U.S. Navy contract to provide Navy-wide cybersecurity risk management services, continuing nearly a decade of similar support.
The Navy Supply Systems Fleet Logistics Center recently awarded TDI a five-year, $13 million competitive contract under the General Services Administrative Multiple Award Schedule for Highly Assured Cybersecurity Services to provide Navy Authorizing Official (NAO) Risk Management Framework (RMF) Cybersecurity Support Services to U. S. Fleet Cyber Command/U.S. Tenth Fleet globally.
TDI continues its NAO RMF Cybersecurity Support as a prime contractor for the next five years. “Our team understands the critical role of the authorization process in support of the warfighter and will ensure NAO is Cyber Ready, bringing extensive RMF, continuous monitoring (CONMON), and cybersecurity performance management experience,” said Gail Rissler, Chief Operating Officer.
TDI began supporting the Navy twenty years ago at the Marine Corps and the Military Sealift Command and has helped NAO successfully evolve towards a state of cybersecurity continuous monitoring, especially as it focuses on being Navy Cyber Ready, a critical mission of the Navy’s CIO. “The NAO award aligns with TDI’s industry leading focus on Cybersecurity Performance Management becoming an integral component of any organization’s cybersecurity strategy,” said Paul Innella, CEO. “We are honored to have NAO choose us as their partner to contribute to what has become our shared mission – and I am so proud of our team at TDI who make us successful at NAO.”
TDI’s twenty-plus years of cyber-focused experience differentiated them from their competition and uniquely prepared them to win this contract award. TDI developed a technical approach that combined customer service performance commitment with experience managing and providing superior solutions and personnel for organizations across the Government. TDI developed and introduced to the world the CPM framework for effective cybersecurity performance tied to an organization’s strategic cyber objectives, measuring meaningful performance metrics over time, to ensure continuous monitoring of risk, compliance, maturity, and ROI. TDI’s approach to succeeding at the Navy lays a foundation of the CPM framework as it maps to Navy “Cyber Ready” and all that it promises to offer the future of Navy Cyber. CPM makes needed cyber information available on-demand via ongoing Data Analytics.
TDI’s journey began in 2001 with a vision to create the world’s most advanced cybersecurity ecosystem. For over 20 years, our one and only focus has been delivering cybersecurity solutions, having provided millions of hours of cyber services for hundreds of clients across the globe and within all markets. We are the creators and industry leaders of Cybersecurity Performance Management (CPM), TDI’s foundational core competency and the glue which binds together our other capabilities of Cyber Operations and Cyber Compliance. Finally, TDI is at the global vanguard of innovative cybersecurity via our remarkable and historical experience, by developing and fostering leading-edge security technologies like the industry-leading CPM platform, CnSight®, providing the cyber community with open-source tools, and serving as an industry thought leader through published pieces, seminars, lectures, and interviews (ABC, CNBC, PBS, Forbes, MSNBC, EuroNews, Financial Times, Fox News, Federal News Radio, etc.). TDI’s work is repeatedly awarded, including via the U.S. Department of Labor’s HIRE Vets Platinum Award and, for two years running, the Best Cybersecurity Performance Management Platform from The Cybersecurity Excellence Awards.
