“With Colorado as our home state, we are incredibly passionate about creating unexpected, exciting and meaningful experiences and accommodations for visitors near and far to share the story of the profound place that we get to call home," said Colleen Weiss-Hanen, President and CEO.

East West Hospitality, an award-winning management company and operator of luxury short-term vacation rental properties and resorts across America, today announced that the company has been selected to manage three new Colorado properties – 4th Street Crossing, Summit Blue and Aidan on the Blue. Located in picturesque Summit County, these three new concepts blend mountain adventure with high-end hospitality,. With deep roots in the Mountain West and over 35 years of experience, the acquisition of three new concepts in Colorado further solidifies East West Hospitality as a hospitality services industry leader.

4th Street Crossing will serve as the focal point of Silverthorne within Summit County, revitalizing the heart of the downtown area with new living and travel options, eateries and entertainment. Silverthorne’s center will include the new 111-room Hotel Indigo, a flourishing market hall, dubbed Blue Bird, spotlighting 12 of Colorado’s top restauranters and purveyors, local artwork, a calendar of community events, and a residential complex, aptly named 4th Street Crossing, which will offer 33 luxury townhomes and 24 condominiums.

Summit Blue sits perched on the banks of Colorado’s iconic Blue River. While the new property affords 350 feet of private access to the award-winning, Gold Medal river, adventures abound beyond the water, with skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking and kayaking pursuits mere moments away. Single-family residences and townhomes include expansive spaces for entertaining, two-to-four-bedroom suites and spacious outdoor spaces. Primed for the adventure seeker or family-friendly fun, Summit Blue serves as the ideal basecamp to experience the very best of The Centennial State.

Aidan on the Blue, flanking both sides of the Blue River, will soon debut 69 of Summit County’s most luxurious residences yet, a harmonious blend of rustic charm and elegance inspired by its natural location. Tailored for privacy, romance and a deep connection with the land, Aidan on the Blue is a gateway to a selection of outdoor experiences, golf courses and lakes, as well as just minutes away from storied ski towns among the likes of Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone and Vail.

“We are thrilled to add 4th Street Crossing, Summit Blue and Aidan on the Blue to the East West Hospitality portfolio,” said Colleen Weiss-Hanen, President and Chief Executive Officer. “With Colorado as our home state, we are incredibly passionate about creating unexpected, exciting and meaningful experiences and accommodations for visitors near and far to share the story of the profound place that we get to call home.”

“East West Hospitality has earned its award-winning reputation in Vail, Beaver Creek, Aspen and Snowmass and beyond,” said Peter Dann, Managing Partner and Executive Vice President. “Now, we’re pleased to leverage our experience and relationships in Summit County for the success of our customers, their guests and our team members.”
