In today’s rapidly evolving business landscape, real-time data and insights from a professional network can be critical in helping leaders to learn, grow, and thrive.

Sogolytics, leader in feedback and experience management, has officially launched the SogoX Business Leadership Forum to provide a collaborative space for business leaders to share experiences, advance their thinking, and explore new ways to position themselves for growth.

Recognizing the volatility of today’s business environment, SogoX takes a community approach to exploring current challenges including high inflation, escalating customer expectations, and a job market in constant flux. The forum will feature lightning talks, roundtables, webinars, and other opportunities for professionals to engage with like-minded peers, seek inspiration and knowledge, and share their expertise and experience in meeting the evolving needs of customers and employees – on time and under budget.

The program recently kicked off with a 45-minute roundtable titled “How positive corporate culture can accelerate your growth in 2023.” The discussion was led by Laurie Flanders, Sogolytics’ VP of Strategic Sales, who was joined by a panel of experienced credit union leaders that included Kathy Scarbrough (VP of Marketing at All In Credit Union), Lynsey Thrash (HR Supervisor at Gulf Winds Credit Union), and Hampton Sipper (Marketing Specialist at All In Credit Union).

“Culture is a huge driver that impacts performance and revenue,” said Flanders. “If culture’s not part of your strategic plan, you’re setting yourself up for inefficiency, missed opportunities, and gaps in member and employee experience.”

A recording of the full roundtable discussion is available here.

Future SogoX forums will explore a variety of topics, including:

  • Brand and reputation management
  • Customer experience and loyalty
  • Employee experience and engagement
  • Best practices in surveys and feedback collection

“Our mission is to help organizations get better data so they can make smarter decisions and provide exceptional experiences,” said Natasha Safronova, Sogolytics' Product Marketing Director and SogoX program owner. “In today’s rapidly evolving business landscape, real-time data and insights from a professional network can be critical in helping leaders to learn, grow, and thrive.”

Experienced business leaders across marketing, operations, customer success, and employee engagement are invited to join the SogoX community. More information about upcoming live sessions, recorded conversations, and opportunities to get involved as a speaker is available here.
