The company completely overhauled its platform during the pandemic, improving not only the user interface and user experience of all features, but also optimizing and further streamlining the application process.
- Web-based Visa Builder – Supports the uploading of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) PDF documents, instantly converting them into an easy-to-use online form for applicants. The platform supports all U.S. Visa types on the market, including EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-1C, EB-2 and EB-2 NIW, EB-3, EB-5, L-1, E-2, H-1B, O-1, P-1, Naturalization, and instantly supports any new PDF form the United States government might release without delay.
- Custom rules prevent applicant confusion – Attorneys can now apply custom rules to make the process easier for their clients by conditionally showing or hiding fields, changing field types, completing validation, and linking fields between documents and translations for Spanish and Portuguese. Applicants will no longer have to skip fields that are not relevant to their application helping prevent confusion and further streamlining the process between attorneys and their clients.
- Auto-populate related forms – The global populate feature allows applicants to fill out information in one form and the system auto-populates the same field in other related forms. The feature can be toggled on or off depending on the applicant's needs. Further, the system will pre-fill applications for returning customers based on information they provided for a previous visa in two clicks.
- Additional feature updates – Other new features include mobile support so that clients can fill out applications on any device including iPhone, iPad, and Android-based devices. Organizations looking to streamline internal workforce Visa processes can now use the Activity Timeline to automatically log client and employee activities and keep track of case changes and status. Automatic reminders notify applicants of missing documents and forms to reduce processing time and added support for multiple document packages to improve responses during the Request for Evidence (RFE) process.
